Injection Mould steel tooling
AWCS and its manufacturing partners have manufactured a wide variety of precision injection mould tools for major global brands. The tooling provided range from simple single component tooling of light weight to more complex, multi-cavity tools for larger parts.
AWCS offer production tooling including STEEL moulds to produce high quality production parts.
From customer concept data AWCS provides full DFM (design for manufacture) report and then full manufacture of Injection mould tooling. Recent projects include a full-size Front and rear full Bumper assy for a major automotive OEM.
