Our partners have world recognised quality certification and valid/qualified inspection equipment including CMM, 3D scanners and manual inspection. All parts are 100% inspected and checked before being shipped in secure packages.
All data is sent through secured and password protected software. Partners will only use the data for quotation and production and after a period, the data will be terminated as it is no longer in use.
All manufacturers are controlled through AWCS and in strict accordance with our ISO procedure.

Yes. Most of our manufacturing partners operate advanced 5-axis CNC machining, allowing us to support complex engineered components with high levels of accuracy and consistency. For higher-volume requirements, we can also offer cast and forged manufacturing options to provide a more cost-effective and scalable production solution.
Should a quality issue arise, you will have direct contact with the AWCS team managing your order. We will take ownership of the issue, work quickly to resolve it, and cover any related costs required to put it right. Our priority is to minimise disruption, keep you informed, and ensure replacement or corrected parts are delivered as quickly as possible.
Working with AWCS gives you the benefits of direct overseas manufacturing without the burden of managing the process yourself. We handle the full project management, including supplier coordination, technical communication, quality checks, purchasing support, and order management.
